Stunning countryside villa, located on the outskirts of small rural Spanish village, surrounded by orange groves, yet only 15 minutes by car from Denia, fantastic beaches, golf courses and natural parks on Spain`s Costa Blanca coast.
Originally a 19thC stately home, it has been beautifully restored maintaining original architectural features to offer a comfortable self-catering vacation home for up to 8 people. The villa`s strategic location (tranquillity yet within easy reach of other recreational facilities and places of interest) makes it an ideal choice for vacations with the family or a group of friends. Quality installations and personal attention by owners guarantee a memorable holiday..

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Four double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms have king size beds and the other two have twin beds.
Quality bed and bath linen is provided.

Living Areas
Xaymaca is a two storey house with bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms on upper level and two spacious lounges, both with wood burning fireplaces, one dining room, a guest bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen on the lower level. Both lounges have comfortable sofas, sat TV / DVD / CD/cassette player, board games, multi-lingual library. The house has broadband internet connection.

Kitchen / Dining
A spacious dining room with seating for up to 10 people.
The kitchen with its rustic decoration, has been professionaly designed and is fully equipped to meet most culinary needs (Ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffe maker, juicer, etc. Complete table and glassware plus other kitchen accessories..

Swimming Pool
Large 11 x 4 m pool with wide entry steps.

Outside
The rear part of Xaymaca opens onto a stonewall enclosed courtyard with founatins and plants which leads up to the garden area with its large private swimming pool. This area enjoys magnificent views of the valley and surrounding mountains. There is also a barbecue area and a covered porch for al fresco eating. Adjacent to the garden is the fruit orchard where guests can pick oranges, lemons, loquats and other fruit when in season.

Location
Xaymaca is located on the edge of the village of Benimeli, 20 Kms inland from Denia on the Costa Blanca. The area is an oasis of verdant citrus and olive groves, surrounded by a semicirlce of mountains, an ideal base for all kinds of outdoor activities, yet only a stone`s throw away from the Mediterranean coast. Benimeli is a picturesque friendly village with sufficient infrastructure to meet resident and visitors` needs. It is only 8 Kms from the A7 highway exit and an easy hours drive from both Alicante and Valencia airports.

Changeover Details
Changeover day is flexible.
30% refundable deposit secures booking and serves as a security deposit.
Full rental amount paid one month before arrival.

Extra Details
We provide a weekly cleaning service and linen is changed every 7 days.
The bilingual owners provide a wealth of information and maps on the area.
We can also organize guided walking or cycling trips, visits to wine cellars, cooker courses, birdwatching outings, visits to see the 32nd Americas Cup Yacht races, boat charter, etc. Benidorm`s 4 theme and water parks are only 30 mins by motorway. There are 3 excellent golf courses within a 10 - 15 Km. radius.
Many excellent restaurants serving local or nouveau cuisine in the area.
