General Description

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
We have five bedrooms & three bathrooms sleeping 10 people comfortably first is the KING MASTER with En-Suite this room has an American kingsize Bed with 32" cable t.v with dvd/vcr, clock radio & walk-in wardrobes with a built in Digital safe for your valuables this room also has patio doors leading out to the pool. The en-suite comprises of Large Bath Tub, Walk-in shower,his n hers vanity units & w.c.
Next is the QUEEN MASTER with en-suite this room has a Queen size bed, Cable t.v, clock radio & fitted wardrobes. the en-suite has a Large Shower cubicle,Vanity unit & w.c. From here you can also access the pool area.
There are three other bedrooms the first has a Double bed, Fitted Wardrobes & Cable t.v then there are two Twin Rooms both have 2 single beds in each with fitted wardrobes & cable t.v. These three bedrooms share the third Full bathroom with Bath,Shower.Vanity unit & w.c.

Living Areas
Two Living areas so plenty of room for everyone. The first room overlooks the pool & patio area. It has two large Comfortable sofas with plenty of cushions one of these is a Queen sleeper sofa thus enabling the villa to sleep up to 12 people if required.
The second Living area is light & airy with vaulted ceilings Patio doors lead out from here onto the patio & pool area. The room has large Brown leather sofas to sit & relax on. watch the 42" palsma cable t.v with dvd/vcr or listen to some music on the c.d system. there is also a Playstation 2 with Games for your enjoyment & Books for you to read if you are not too tired out from the Theme Parks.

Kitchen / Dining
Fully equipped Kitchen with Cooker,Fridge/Freezer with icemaker,Microwave,Dishwasher plus plenty more plus Glasses,Crockery & Cookware should you decide to stay in & dine.
Laundry Room with Washing Machine,Tumble dryer,Iron & Ironing Board plus clothes airer.
Breakfast bar ideal for the children & Dining area with Patio doors leading out to the pool area.

Swimming Pool
Private 28x16ft pool with steps leading down into it making easy access for the young & elderly. The pool ranges from 3ft to 5ft. The pool can be heated if required especially in the Winter months . A Child safety fence surrounds the pool for your piece of mind if you have small children with you this can be removed if required.

Outside
As we have said we have had our villa fenced giving you total privacy when staying at THE PRIDE. So whilst you swim in our 28x16ft Roman style pool & play with the pool toys. Or just simply lie on the comfortable pool furniture & soak up the Florida sunshine or if you decide to have a Barbque that we have & sit & Dine at the Large Patio Dining table & chairs you can do all of this without being looked at.
Our pool & Patio/Garden are South-West facing so we have sun all day long part of the patio is covered for your comfort just in case you have had too much sun but want to stay outside this has cooling ceiling fans on it so you wont get too hot. the whole pool & Patio area is screened so you dont have to worry about the mosquitos biting you as they cant get in but the sunrays will so you will still get a tan.
The pool has a child safety fence around it to protect the little ones from getting in if you are not around, this can be removed if wanted. With having the Garden fenced it is ideal if you have children with you they can play out & no need to worry about them wandering away.

Location
THE PRIDE is located on HWY27 which is just of the US192. You can be at Disney in 15 minutes along with Animal Kingdom,MGM & the Disney Water Parks.
Universal Studios,Islands of Adventure & Sea World are 25 minutes away.
Orange Tree is surrounded by several excellent Golf Courses it is also 5 minutes drive away from Lake Louisa State Park here you can swim go boating,walking & fish.
Local shops are with in a 5 minute drive as are the Banks & Take-aways. there are plenty of restaurants to choose from on the US192 which is a 5 minute drive from the villa.

Changeover Details
Changeover Day Flexible
Deposit require of £100 Per/Part week booked (Non-Refundable)
Refundable security damage deposit of £200 Required with Balance Returned to you 2 weeks after you leave the villa after satisfactory villa report.
Check-in from 4 p.m check-out 11a.m (Late check-out can be arranged for a small fee )

Extra Details
THE PRIDE has a Games Room with an 8ft Slate Bed Pool table a Double Electronic Shoot the Hoop game & a Darts Board in fact plenty of fun for everyone whatever the age.
All Linen & Towels are provided plus if you have children with you we have 2 cots & 2 Highchairs
Our villa has been awarded with the Prestigious American Diamond AAA Rating this is equivalent to an English 5* & is the highest award in the American Tourist industry.
