This brand-new, six-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath, deluxe, Orlando home will be a delight for your vacation. With three master suites, each with private bathroom, eight televisions, free internet and email access, oversized pool and spa with extended screened-in lanai, game room with PlayStation 2, foosball and pool table, your deluxe Orlando home truly is a five-star paradise for both children and adults alike, and it is all within minutes of Walt Disney World.

Besides being on Disney`s doorstep, we are conveniently located near all the local attractions, such as Universal studios, designer shopping malls and outlets, and a number of top class golf courses are all within easy reach. There is a large grocery store, drug store, and numerous restaurants including TGI Fridays, Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse, and Carrabba`s, all within one mile of this Disney area home.

This deluxe six-bedroom home sleeps 14 and with over 3000 square feet of living space and luxury appointments throughout, you will wonder how you ever managed a vacation without it. It has everything a vacationing family will need.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The three master suites each have their own TV/DVD combination and en-suite bathroom facilities. The downstairs master has french windows leading to the pool area, and the attached en-suite has a garden style bath-tub. The Upstairs rear master has a shower over the tub, and overlooks the pool area. The Upstairs front master has a walk-in enclosed shower. The queen sized bedroom and "Pooh themed" twin bedrooms each have a TV/DVD combination, and the "Mickey Themed" twin bedroom has a TV/VCR combination. There is an additional family bathroom, complete with steam-shower.
Downstairs there is a half-bathroom accessable from both the house and pool area.

Living Areas
This Orlando home has luxury facilities and equipment throughout, to attend to your every need. The spacious, 3200-square-foot living area features a state-of-the-art, 54-inch, big screen television with home entertainment system. There are speakers outside, so that you can listen to your favourite music whilst enjoying the relaxing atmosphere of the pool

You will enjoy the comfortable game room, which features a pool table, foosball table, electronic darts, and fully-equipped entertainment area with 32-inch television and PlayStation 2 and DVD player.

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen is equipped with Black State of the Art appliances for all your vacationing needs.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the cookware you will need, and non-breakable crockery and glassware for safety by the pool.
There is ample storage space for your provisions, including a walk-in pantry.
There is a small kitchen table that can seat 4, 4 stools along the breakfast bar, and a formal dining table with 6 seats.
The utility area, has an oversized washing machine and tumble dryer, and pool towels are provided for use by the pool, or at the theme parks, in addition to the everyday towels and linens which are also provided.

Outside
Enjoy the luxury of an oversized screened-in deck area housing your own pool, perfect for family fun and relaxation. There is a shaded dining area within the screen enclosure, with a ceiling fan, and a deluxe natural gas barbecue for outdoor dining. Ample sling back, pool-side furniture, and a moveable child safety screen in the pool area, make your vacation comfortable and safe.

Location
Your Orlando vacation estate home is located in the brand-new upscale community of Acadia Estates at Formosa Gardens. This gated community is the newest exclusive vacation rental subdivision in central Florida and is the closest residential community to Walt Disney World`s four theme parks.

Changeover Details
10% Non-refundable deposit required at time of booking.
Full balance payable 8 weeks before departure.
Arrival instructions, including directions and where to collect keys from are issued 2 weeks prior to departure
Payment can be made via UK Personal Cheque, Bank Transfer or credit card via Paypal (verification may be required by paypal to make full balance payment)
Check-in time is from 4:00pm; Check-out time is 11:00am - early check in and late check out may be requested at time of booking, and is dependent on whether other guests are leaving/arriving on the same day (to allow time for cleaning)

Extra Details
Our local management agent`s office is less than 1 mile from our property, and they are available to assist you with every vacationing need.
They can provide rental of baby/toddler equipment, and also access to discounted attraction tickets.
