General Description
We are the owners of 2 Block Houses nearby National Park Bavarian Forest within a smal village of 25 block houses (car-free residence). Our houses are none smoking bungalows; pets allowed: house 6 no, house 8 yes.
Smokers may ask for a neighbours house
Up to 5 persons will have a place to stay and sleep.
The cottages have 2 sleeping rooms, living room with dinning area, shower bath, kitchen and a terrace under its roof. The houses are rented for the whole year.

Kitchen with refrigerator, Ceran cooking field, backing oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, handheld mixer, water cooker, feeding-bottle heater, dishes for up to 10 persons.

Swimming Pool
Brandnew since 2006, builded within the castle-park of Stamsried within a walking range of 400 m.
Following the historical park layout the bath is built with several separated pools. One large pool is for swimming purposes and the others are for recycling the water in a natural way without chlorine.

Terrace, a Romantic place, integrated under the houses roof.with garden furniture
2 children playgrounds, one dedicated parking place per house

Location
The village Stamsried is situated nearby the river Regen and the cities of Roding and Cham.
Next Airport is Nuernberg 140 km, the highway 6 you will leave at Schwandorf to drive direction Furth i.W. at the Czech border

The prices are weekly prices. The price rang starts with 280 Euro and ends with 490 Euro at the peek saison. Only at Christmas and at yearend the price is raising up to 602 Euro. At the Seasons every German tries to go to the Bavarian Forest.
Heating, electricity, water and final clean-up are included.
Within peak seasons 7 day`s stay minimum.
Off peak seasons: 2 day`s 45% of weekly rate, 3 day`s 56%, 4 day`s 67%, 5 day`s 78%, 6 day`s 89%
