General Description
4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with solar heated pool 5 minutes from the glorious sandy beaches of Fort Myers and the fabulous islands of Sanibel and Captiva. You can watch dolphins frolicking from the piers and beaches. Numerous golf courses both private and municipal are within easy driving distances. Enjoy breakfast watching the birdlife and the occasional alligator on the lake from the enclosed pool area. Take your pick from the numerous restaurants to suit all tastes in the locality.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The Villa has 4 bedrooms :
The master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom
Bedroom two has a double bed and built in wardrobes
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both twin bedded rooms and also have built in wardrobes
The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over, wash basin and wc.

Living Areas
There are two separate living rooms, one a more formal, peaceful, quiet area adjoining the front entrance and the other is a family room with a TV and video equipment with cable TV service. Each area contains two comfortable settees, side tables with reading lamps and coffee table. Each living room in our Beachwalk Villa has a dining area alongside and the family room overlooks the pool.

Kitchen / Dining
Our Beachwalk Villa comes complete with “the great American kitchen” (with a few British extras and touches. It is fully fitted with new American, large-scale appliances.
There is a double sink with waste disposal unit, dishwasher, large oven, microwave, fridge /freezer with icemaker (essential on those warm days and balmy summer evenings), toaster, juicer, electric kettle. There is a separate utility room with large washer and tumble dryer

Swimming Pool
The pool is solar heated and is accessed by french doors from one of the living areas. This is enclosed by a large lanai with tables, chairs and loungers to make the most of the sunshine which by virtue of the area being south facing lasts from early morning until sunset.

Outside
At the rear of our Beachwalk Villa is our own solar heated pool, perfect for a cooling dip after sunbathing. Relax outdoor on the sun loungers or on the patio furniture provided for your comfort.
The Villa itself is surrounded by its own landscaped and well maintained gardens and is a perfect spot to enjoy the open views over the lake where herons, egrets and osprey can be seen.

Changeover Details
The villa is let on a weekly basis, day to suit renter. There is a discount for lets of 3 weeks or more. The Management Agent cleans the villa before each booking and is there to help with any problem which may arise.

Extra Details
Fort Myers airport is 20 minutes easy drive time to the villa and Miami, Tampa and Orlando are 2-3 hours drive. The development is on a gated community with 3 large lakes which makes the estate a haven of wildlife.
