General Description
With its own separate entrance, and centrally heated throughout, this is the east wing of The Knowes. Light and airy, with large windows, it sleeps 2 adults and a child. You are welcome to use the picnic table in the south-facing garden.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The shower room also has WC, shaver point and washbasin.

Living Areas
In the bed-sitting room, there is a very comfortable double divan bed. In the same room an excellent Parker Knoll sofa converts into a full length single bed. (A single foldaway bed is also provided for use in the kitchen if a separate sleeping area is required.) Gas fire, colour TV/video and radio are all provided.

Kitchen / Dining
The large kitchen/dinette with breakfast bar is fully equipped with cooker (electric), microwave, fridge, washing machine/drier, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils etc..

Garden with patio area and picnic table

Location
Only 3 minutes` drive from M8 junction 12, The Knowes is a 1920s bungalow set in an attractive garden. Frequent buses to city centre (3 miles), journey time 15-20 minutes. We provide disabled access and free off-street parking.
