General Description
Eversleigh Woodland Lodges is a small and friendly group of six pine lodges and heated indoor swimming pool set in a woodland clearing in the quiet Kentish village of Shadoxhurst, near Ashford. It provides an ideal base for touring and visiting the many attractions in the area or for just relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside.
The lodges are fully fitted and furnished to the highest standard and have been awarded 3 stars under the Visit Britain Quality Inspection Scheme.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Each lodge provides a lounge, kitchen/diner, shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin, and sleeps up to 4 people in 1 double bedded room and 1 twin bedded room. Bed linen is provided and cots and highchairs are available on request (1 per lodge).

Living Areas
The lounge is fully carpeted and furnished with comfortable settees, coffee table, colour television with selected SKY channels, and radio CD player.

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen/diner is fitted with antique pine units with electric hob, oven, fridge and microwave. All cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware are provided as well as kettle, toaster, coffee machine iron and ironing board.

Swimming Pool
Heated indoor swimming pool 9m x 4m. Open seasonally from Easter to end September.

Outside
In the grounds there is a heated indoor swimming pool which is open seasonally from Easter until the end of September. There is also a children’s grassed play area and a games room with football tables and table tennis. Each lodge has its own patio with garden furniture and barbecue and there is ample parking nearby.

Location
Shadoxhusrt is a small Kentish village situated 5 miles South of Ashford, near Romney Marsh and South Coast beaches. Ashford is conveniently situated with easy connection by rail and motorway to London and the Channel ports and tunnel.

Changeover Details
Normal changeover day is Saturday, flexible outside high season. Short breaks are available any day start.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Once you have booked your lodge you are responsible for the full hire terms, even if you are unable to take your holiday. You are advised to obtain insurance cover. The lodge may only be occupied by those persons named on the booking form.
You may not smoke inside your lodge.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party is not a family group (adults and children) or couples over 25, a security deposit of £150 is payable. This will be fully refunded within 7 days of departure if you leave your lodge as you found it. You may pay by cheque or credit card with final balance or by credit card on arrival.
HOW TO BOOK
Please telephone first, your reservation will be held for 7 days pending receipt of your deposit. All bookings will be confirmed in writing.
SPECIAL OFFERS
F1 Book two or more consecutive weeks and get £30 off second and additional weeks at any time.
T2 One or two people (plus a baby in a cot) using one bedroom only, £30 per week or £15 per short break off your booking at any time of year.
55 Over 55’s - £20 per week or £10 per short break off your booking if there are one or more persons over 55 years of age in your party. For holidays completed by 21st July or starting on or after September 8th. Excludes weeks commencing March 31st, April 7th, May 26th. October 20th, December 22nd, December 29th.
One offer only per booking.
SHORT BREAKS
Prices shown for short breaks are for 3 or 4 nights. Where breaks cover two price periods, the week in which the greater number of nights are taken will apply. Where an equal number of nights are taken in two different price periods, the average of the two weekly prices will apply.
Prices in italics are bookable only within 4 weeks of start date. All other dates bookable any time. Any day start.
Easter Mini Break - Thursday 5th April or Friday 6th April to Tuesday 10th April.
Pre Easter - 5 nights, Saturday 31st March to Thursday 5th April.
What’s Included?
Accommodation fully furnished and equipped. Beds made up for your arrival including one set of bed linen, duvet covers, pillow slips and fitted sheets. Starter supply of toilet rolls. Tea towels.
What’s not Included?
Electricity - payable by £1 coin meter
Food and drink.
Towels. Cot bedding and linen.
Personal toiletries and cleaning items.
Final Cleaning
Guests are required to leave their lodge and contents ‘as found’ in a clean and tidy condition. You are responsible for all damage or loss occurring to the lodge and its contents during your occupation.
When Can I Arrive?
Keys are available between 4pm and 7pm on your day of arrival, and lodges must be vacated promptly by 10am on the day of departure

Extra Details
This area of Kent has many interesting National Trust properties and historic attractions. Ashford has a futuristic Designer Discount Factory outlet with over 100 shops. Outings to Canterbury and Leeds Castle are possible as well as Howletts and Port Lympne Zoo Parks which house the late John Aspinall’s rare and endangered animal species and historic mansions. The White Cliffs Country area of Dover is nearby.
Railway enthusiasts will enjoy the steam trains from Tenterden to Northiam and Bodiam and also the famous Romney Hythe and Dymchurch narrow gauge railway which runs along the coast. The South of England Rare Breeds Centre at Woodchurch is a delight for children and adults alike and the golf enthusiast will find 9 hole golf course and driving range within easy reach.
The international Passenger Station at Ashford has regular Eurostar trains to Paris, Lille and Brussels while Le Shuttle terminal is just 15 minutes away for the 20 minute trip with your car through the tunnel. Alternatively the ferry terminal at Dover is just 30 minutes away.
