Property Details

General Description
Villas Playas de Fornells are ten villas in a well kept private complex all with their own pool and garden.

The villas are accessed by steps except for number 10 which provides wheelchair access to the property and no internal steps inside. Most other villas have bedrooms and the living area on different levels, with a few steps separating these areas except for number 9 which also has no internal steps.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The villas consist of 1 twin bedroom and another room where the beds can be made up as a small twin or bunk beds, both with fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom shared between them, 1 master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom en-suite (except nos 6 & 7 which have an en-suite shower room).

Living Areas
Lounge/diner with fireplace, comfortable sofa bed which can accommodate an extra person for no charge, SAT TV, dining table and 6 chairs. French windows lead to the pool terrace with good sea views.

These very modern villas have central heating units installed for winter rentals and air conditioning units for the hotter summer months. The furnishings are bright and new as is everything in the house.

Kitchen / Dining
The large, open plan, modern kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, electric oven and washing machine.

Swimming Pool
The pools measure 8 x 4mts (depth 0.90 to 1.75) and have ladder entry.

Outside
Each villa is set in approx 300 sq mts. of grassed garden with a large covered outside terrace facing south which in some cases leads down a few steps to the pretty pool and in other villas are all on the same level. The pools measure 8 x 4mts (depth 0.90 to 1.75) and have ladder entry. A solarium on the roof of the property gives views along the large beach of Cala Tirant. The rest of the garden is paved and there is a built-in BBQ.

Location
They are well located, about 200 metres from the beautiful beach of Cala Tirant and a 3 minute drive to the well known harbour and fishing village of Fornells and 2 minutes from Ses Salinas where there are several scuba diving and watersport centres. There are shops, restaurants, a small supermarket and other amenities nearby and are ideal as family holiday homes.
