Property Details

General Description
Casa Joaninha is a spacious 4-bedroom/3-bathroom villa with a private heated pool and air-conditioning in the bedrooms. It also has central heating and is suitable for winter lets. The villa is fully fenced in with electric gates to the road providing security and privacy.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Both double bedrooms are en-suite and the two twin bedrooms share a third bathroom. Access to the terrace from both double bedrooms.
The bedrooms have air-conditioning and all bedlinen and towels are provided including separate towels for the pool/beach use.

Living Areas
There is a large living area downstairs adjacent to the dining area and the recently re-furbished kitchen with sliding doors opening to a covered terrace leading to the pool. A satellite TV, a phone for incoming and local calls, DVD- and CD-player are at guests disposal.

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen was completely re-furbished in spring 2006 and is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microvawe, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, kettle etc.

Swimming Pool
The pool is 5x10m with a shallow end and steps, outside shower
The pool can be heated for an extra cost.
A child gate separates the pool from the terrace.

Outside
A covered terrace with table and chairs next to the pool and a large roof terrace with buil-in BQQ and seating area for 8 people.

Location
Casa Joaninha is located on the edge of Quinta do Paraiso estate within 15min walk from the town centre. There is a local supermarket and several restaurants within a shorter walk. The closet beach is 15min walk.

Changeover Details
Change-over day preferable Saturday especially in July and August, other times flexible. The villa has central heating and is also suitable for longer winter lets.

Extra Details
We can provide cots and highchairs and have a babysitter available.
Airport pick-up and car hire can be arranged.
