13 miles from Sea World. There are 25 golf courses within 20 minutes drive. The interior has been professionally designed and furnished by a well regarded local company. It has over 2107 sq ft of air conditioned accommodation with a large kitchen/nook, lounge/dining area with Cable TV, PlayStation 2 with many games, Telephone, PC & wireless Internet and DVD with numerous children`s DVDs. The garage has been converted into a carpeted games room with a 7ft pool table, Table Soccer, Darts and other games. Out all day at the parks…come back and relax on our pool deck alongside the 12 x 26 foot heated pool.
Eating in Florida is a great experience. Many excellent restaurants are located within a short distance as is the added convenience of large supermarkets within 10 minutes drive.
Have children, fancy a BBQ? No problem we have a cot/playpen (crib) and a buggy (stroller) available free of charge; BBQ equipment can be supplied for a small additional charge.
Fancy a game of golf. No problem you are spoilt for choice with 25 golf courses within 20 minutes drive. Don’t wanna play golf all the amusement parks are close to hand, Disney is 20 minutes away, Sea world 25 minutes away, shop till you drop 15 minutes away: yet the villa is in one of the quietest developments set in an country location that is not overlooked

Has a queen size bed with a chest of drawers, walk in wardrobe and cable TV. 2 night stands with lights and clock radio. The En Suite facilities have a large glass enclosed walk in shower and separate bath, sink, WC & storage cupboards. Bedding and towels are provided.
Master En Suite bedroom 2
Has a double size bed with a chest of drawers, walk in wardrobe. 2 night stands with lights and clock radio. The En Suite facility has a combined bath and shower, sink, WC & storage cupboards. Bedding and towels are provided.
Bedrooms 3 and 4
Have 2 single beds each, walk in wardrobes. 1 night stand each with light and clock radios. Bedding and towels are provided. A separate private bathroom serves these 2 bedrooms.

The glass dining table seats 6 comfortably (8 if needed) and comes with a luxury set of dining equipment.
An office hot desk is provided for your use with a Cable Broadband connected PC, Windows XP, Microsoft Works and other software. A printer is also supplied for your convenience. Have a wireless laptop? No problem we have wireless access.
A number of classic UK DVDs are provided that will work on the PC.

Leading off from the lounge/dining room is a well appointed kitchen with a large oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, dish washer, and other electrical items. With a large larder and plenty of storage space there is also cutlery, china and glassware & a number of pots & pans. Seating for 4 is also available at the glass kitchen dining table

Our 4 bed 3 bath villa can sleep 10 and is situated 12 miles from Disney, 13 miles from Sea World. There are 25 golf courses within 20 minutes drive. It is situated in a quiet part of the countryside and is not overlooked to the rear. the pool is SW facing and gets spectacular sunsets.

Changeover Details
Takeover is at 4pm and checkout is at 11pm. However we canmake exceptions in cases of young children elderly etc.
