Property Details

General Description
Single story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath room with private pool Villa. Brand new (Oct 06), Well appointed with full kitchen and colour coordinated furniture and window teatment. Less than 20 minutes to all Disney Theme Parks and well located for other Florida attractions. The cathedral ceilings make for a light and airy feel to the Villa. Extenbded pool deck and a Spa for those lazy warm evenings. Full kitchen with extra drinking and eating kitchen wares. Washing and drying facilities. Family room has TV, DVD and Video equipment with extra televisons in the bedrooms. Sleeps 8 people (maxiumum 10 using sofa bed).

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Laurreema Villa has 4 very well decorated bedrooms. There are 2 Master Bedrooms both with en-suite. And 2 twin bedrooms, one decorated witrha Mickey theme. Within the bedrooms there is ample storage for clothes both hanging and drawer space.

Living Areas
The Villa comprises of a large family room with a lounge area, 2 seperate dining tables and the kitchen. There is a sofa bed which can be used for an additonal 2 guests.

Kitchen / Dining
There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking family meals. Equipped with an electric kettle and english Tea Pot.

There are 2 seperate dinning tables to cater for 10 people, one more formal than the Bistro type which is located by the kitchen.

Swimming Pool
Approximately 25x12 foot pool with Spa. Extended Pool deck. Pool furniture supplied.

Outside
The Pool deck has been extended so there is more room for all the family to enjoy the outdoors. The pool, which can be heated on request, is approximately 25 foot by 12 and has a Spa at one end. The Villa is a detached property ona quite resort.

Location
Laureema Villa is situated on the Aviana Resort which is less than 20 minutes drive from the Disney Theme parks. It can be found on the Orange Blossom Trail Highway 17/92 just north of Davenport. 5 minutes drive to a Publix supermarket at Champions Gate where eating and excellent golfing facilities can be found.

Changeover Details
It is preferred that bookings are made in weekly increments. However, depending on availabilty and time of year extra days can be accomodated at a pro-rata rate. Call for vailability or check the availability calendar.

Extra Details
Pool heating can be arranged if required. This is recoomened during the months Oct-Mar and can be prior arrnged or requested whilst at tthe Villa via our Management Company.
