General Description
Claravista is one of 2 villas in their own grounds Sleeping up to 7 in people in each villa. The Villa offers a unique opportunity to share private grounds with pool with just one other villa, and for families and large parties travelling together to enjoy their own space and share the spacious outside terraces with solar heated swimming pool.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The villa has 3 bedrooms, with Air conditioning 2 bathrooms (one with Bath, separate shower cubicle, WC, and hand basin and another with large waking shower, WC and hand basin) sleeps 6, (7 with extra bed); there is also an additional WC downstairs. Bed linen & towels are provided. A safe has been provided.
Living Areas
The open plan lounge with raised dining area, has comfortable furniture, with Satellite TV, DVD and Hi-fi with CD player.
There is also Free internet access, (basic PC`s have been provided, but you can bring you laptop and use our free wireless access.
Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge-freezer, Hob, Oven Microwave and Dishwasher. There is a laundry area with Washing Machine, Ironing Board & Iron and an additional fridge for Drinks.
Swimming Pool
This private pool is only shared with the other Claravista Villa
Outside
There are large terraces surrounding the pool and undercover patios for outside dining. Barbecues are available. The are also shady garden areas and plenty of off road parking.
Location
The villa is very close to the beach, and there are plenty of Bars & Restaurants within walking distance. There is also a good bus service to Mojacar village and other surrounding villages and a water park. Water park - 15 mins. Airports - Almeria about 1 hour, Murcia & Alicante about 2 hours. Grandada about 3 hours.
Changeover Details
We are able to accept any change over day, subject to other bookings. Please email for availability and details on how to book
Extra Details
The 2 villas can be booked together for parties of up to 14 people, offering plenty of space for large parties travelling together - transfers can be arranged so car hire not essential. All prices shown are for 6 people a supplement of £30 per week is charged for an extra person. Cots, High chairs and Push chairs available on request.
