Ski in ski out apartment , on piste, in purpose built Morillon Les Esserts.This gem of a place links in with the huge Grand Massif ski area 265 kms.Superb for families and friends, skiers and snowboarders.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms.The main bedroom has a king sized bed , wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The family room has a double bed and full sized bunks.There is plenty of storage space.There is a newly fitted bathroom with bath and shower and fitted basin and vanity unit.

Living Areas
This duplex apartment has an entrance with toilet and cupboard and shoe store.
A third bedroom with a double sofa bed and cupboards.
The living area has two sofa beds , coffee table , TV and VCR, leading onto a large double aspect balcony with superb veiws of the Criou Mountain.

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen is well equiped with , F/F,washing machine,microwave,dishwasher and oven and hob.
The large table seats 8 people.

Swimming Pool
There is a pool in the neighbouring block which is shared.

Outside
There is a large balcony , with superb veiws and a table and chairs for outside entertainment.
There is also an undrground secure car park.
This apartment has its own ski locker .

Location
Nestled on the north facing slopes of the Grand Massif this ski area has 265kms of ski terrain and is very snowsure.Easy to get to being only a hour and 15mins from Geneva and 8hours Calais to resort ! An unspoilt gem of a resort with lots to offer everyone !

Changeover Details
Changeover is on Saturdays for 2007 and Sundays for 2008.
Departure by 10am and arrival not before 4pm.Deposits are required to reserve a week.

Extra Details
This apartment is on the top floor (5) with magnificant veiws but there is no lift.
To ski the exit is on the 3rd floor
