2 villas in their own grounds Sleeping up to 14 (7 in each) The Villas offer a unique opportunity for families and large parties travelling together to enjoy their own space and share the spacious outside terraces with solar heated swimming pool.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Each villa has 3 bedrooms, with Air conditioning 2 bathrooms (Bath, shower, WC, Bidet and hand basin) and sleeps 6, (7 with extra bed); there is an additional WC downstairs. Bed linen & towels are provided. A safe has been provided.
Living Areas
The open plan lounge with raised dining area, has comfortable furniture, with Satellite TV, DVD and Hi-fi with CD player.
There is also Free internet access, (basic PC`s have been provided, but you can bring you laptop and use our wireless network.
Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge-freezer, Hob, Oven Microwave and Dishwasher. There is a laundry area with Washing Machine, Ironing Board & Iron and additional drinks fridge.
Swimming Pool
The pool has a large terraced area and has plenty of sunbeds.
Outside
Their are large terraces surrounding the pool and undercover patios for outside dining. Barbecues are available. The are also shady garden areas and plenty of off road parking.
Location
The villas are very close to the beach, and there are plenty of Bars & Restaurants within walking distance. There is also a good bus service to Mojacar village and other surrounding villages and a water park. Water park - 15 mins. Airports - Almeria about 45 mins, Murcia 1hr 15 mins & Alicante about 2 hours. Grandada about 3 hours.
Changeover Details
We are able to accept any change over day, subject to other bookings. Please email for availability and details on how to book
Extra Details
Transfers can be arranged so car hire not essential. All prices shown are for 12 people a supplement of £30 per week is charged for each extra person. Cots, High chairs and Push chairs available on request.
