All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with original fittings, recalling memories of past times…
The Raisin (grape) bedroom has a grand, marble shower with jet sprays and original fittings whilst the other bedrooms each have a large, traditional bathtub.
They have been decorated in traditional Provence colours, as we wished to preserve the character and authenticity of the rooms: high ceilings, original cornices, plaster work, doors windows and Provence floor tiling…

You may have your breakfast outside in the shade of a large oak tree or plane tree, facing the lilly pond situated in the property grounds or, if you prefer, in the large dining room next to the open fire on wintery mornings. We will be happy to serve you a selection of regional produce.

The property grounds with its lilly pond and beautiful secular trees, further enhanced by the light of Provence, provides a peaceful setting from the break of dawn until dusk falls. Even the swimming pool has been created to blend with the natural charm of its environment

Situated in one of the most beautiful regions of France, Ch?teau Juvenal has easy access to many magnificent tourist sites : Les Dentelles de Montmirail, Le Mont Ventoux, the hillside villages of High Vaucluse (Bedoin, Crillon-le-Brave, Entrechaux, Brantes, ..) and Luberon, (Gordes, Bonnieux, Ansouis…) It’s proximity to Avignon, Orange, Vaison-la-Romaine and Isle-sur-Sorgue is just one of its many advantages.

To confirm your booking, we will ask for a deposit.
For a one, two or three days booking, the deposit amount is one day.
For a four and more booking, the deposit amount is 30% of the stay.

Ch?teau Juvenal is situated in the heart of a wine and olive growing estate, spread out over the foot of the Graveyron hill, surrounded by oaks and pines. In springtime, the gentle slopes are covered in dazzling colours : blue iris, yellow wild broom and the pink flowers of the almond tree. Its soil is of excellent quality : clay and limestone ground, southern exposure, a 15% slope, Mediterranean climate and protected by a vegetable and mineral casing.
The cultivation of the land is carried out respecting the environment, something we strongly believe in.
The vines, (Grenaches, Carignan and Syrah), the majority of which are more than thirty years old and are harvested by hand, produce an aromatic, balanced wine full of body.
Our 250 olive trees, some of which are more than three hundred years old, produce the ‘Verdale de Carpentras’ or ‘ Aglandau’ from which we extract an ardent oil with a slight artichoke flavour at the beginning of the season, (December to March), and which transforms itself slowly into a smoother, fruitier oil by the end of the season.
The restructuring of the estate has been carried out respecting the remarkable work of generations of landscape workers and today we can see the ‘restanques’, ‘benches’ or ‘faysses’, - terraces supported by dry stone walls, sometimes measuring two meters wide, in which 5000 olive trees were formerly aligned just before the devastating ‘big freeze’ barely more than fifty years ago, …
