General Description
Welcome to Le Jas des Sagnières, a charming and tranquil gîte which offers swimming pool facilities and an extraordinary viewpoint.
If you love wide open spaces and Nature, you will be delighted with the landscape and the tranquility of the Jas des Sagnières. A lovely countryside awaits you, it`s the ideal place to take a break far from cars and pollution (it`s 2 km from Sigoyer, a small village with 80 inhabitants and 15 km from Sisteron)
The departement of the Haute Provence Alps is a haven of peace with a wonderful weather (from both Provence and the Alps), 300 sunny days a year and an invigorating mountain air.
The gîte, built in local stones (from the 19 th C.) and with an independent entrance, used to be an annex of the original farmhouse. It has been renovated for your comfort but it hasn`t lost its old charm.
The terrace has a wonderful viewpoint from where you can admire the Alps and the Val de Durance.

ACCOMMODATION :
Ground floor : a living-room (a sitting room with a sofa and a TV set and a dining room with a wood stove), a window and French window to the terrace, electric heating, an open plan kitchen (cuttery and crockery, oven, microwave, hot plates, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine... ; 1 double beddded room, a shower room and toilets.
First floor : a mezzanine with a sofa ; a large bedroom (22m2) with 4 single beds.
Outside the gîte : a terrace with a panoramic viewpoint, tables, chairs, sunshades, barbecue, a garden...

Changeover Details
For the reservation we send (by post) a rental agreement to return us signed with 25% of down payment (in transfer for the foreigners). The transfer of the balance rent is done 15 days before your arrival.
