General Description
The bed and breakfast guesthouse inn Nuits d`Azur is located in Vence, Provence, Southern France, nestled between sea and mountains, only a ten minute walk from the Matisse Chapel and 5 minutes from the historic centre of Vence. Visitors are welcome all year long in a peaceful bosky bower and exceptional setting with the unbeatable open view on the mountain of Vence and the "Baou des Blancs". Nice garden, swimmingpool and private parking.

Nice bed and breakfast room. Breakfasts are served every morning between 8.30 to 10.00 am (from 9.00 to 10.30 on saturday & sunday).

Nice shape swimming pool 4 X 8 meters. No noise. Nobody has direct view on the swimming pool for total privacy.

Nice swimming pool with wooden chairs and summer kitchen at our disposal. Privaye parking in property with no extra charge.

Location
We are at your disposal to guide you and help you prepare your exploration of the local sights : a walk to Saint Paul de Vence, discovery of a typical Provençal market, a small creek on the massif of Estérel, a shopping day in Monaco... There are many lovely hikes to choose from in the region : Nice, Monaco, Menton, Antibes - Juans les Pins, Cannes, Grasse... You can also go and see the famous markets of Vintimille and San Remo because Italy is just next door !

Changeover Details
Rates from 75 to 95 Euros / room / night depending on room type and season.
Low season 2007 : from January 7 - March 29, 2007 (except on feb 13 & 14) and from November 5 - December 20, 2007
High season 2007 : from March 30 - November 4, 2007 and from December 22 - January 6, 2008
The stays of only one night are with single price, whatever the season or the room: 100 Euros the night for 2 people, breakfast included.
Minimum stay : 2 nights (7 nights minimum from july 1st to august 31)

Arrivals from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm during the week, and from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm the week-end - Departure before 11:00 am
Breakfast served between 08:30 am and 10:00 am (Continental Breakfast - croissants, bread, butter, jam, orange juice)
Pets not allowed
No credit cards accepted - Only cash
1 or 2 nights deposit at reservation according to the stay, balance cash payment upon arrival
A surcharge of 22 euros is invoiced (not included above) if payment by traveller or international check.
Cancellations are possible without surcharge up to 10 working days prior to arrival (for cancellations less than 5 working days before arrival, 50% of the total cost is invoiced).
Early departures cannot be refunded.
