General Description
QUINTA DE S. SEBASTIÃO - RURAL HOTEL, is a touristic unit rebuilt on the year 2003 from an old rural farm typical from the region north of Portugal. All its architectural work was designed to achiev an excelent comfort level only found on the best hotels.

Living Areas
The main house has 11 rooms, cleverly distributed along the old building. One of the rooms is prepared for handicapped persons. In the main house there is also the breakfast and dinning room, livings, TV, library and games. The Hotel as an external building with two double rooms with extra bed in an upper level open room and, as an option, a kitchnet and private living room.

The river Neiva valley

Between the Lima and the Cávado rivers, the Neiva valley as a unique charm running from the Oural mountain to the Atlantic ocean, aloung 42 Km of rural landscape. Green fields and pinewoods, hidding small villages and the river, that is the beauty of this region.
