Hammermill is situated 15min walk from Par Sands, 10min drive to the Eden Project. with woodland and clif path walks all close by.
Hammermill is down a private lane with only 2 other houses off it.

Changeover Details
Letting weeks run from Saturday to Saturday, Ring or email to book. when we get a 10% deposit paid a conformation letter is sent to you. Giving you payment details for balance.

Extra Details
The house has radio cd player. in the dinning room. T V with DVD, VCR. and Satellite.in the lounge. One basket of logs will be given for lounge woodburner. The electricity is charged by meter, to be payed in cash on leaving. Parking on the front for 2 cars
