Our Luxury 5 bed villa offers 2 masters with king size beds , one of which leads out onto the covered patio area and pool, 1 with a queen bed, all have en-suites . The other two are twin bedded rooms with one being a Disney themed room, all have TV. Linen, towels and hairdryers are all included.

Living Areas
,The Family room has patio door to the pool area which is alarmed, a dining area is just off of this. It has TV, DVD , STEREO and a selection of movies. The Den area has a PS2 with a selection of games. This room can also be used as a bedroom.The games room is equipped with a adult size pool table, air hockey, small children’s table and chairs , an easel and numerous games, mountain bikes for the energetic and fishing equipment for those who want a peaceful day.

Kitchen / Dining
A fully fitted kitchen and breakfast area with cooker, dishwasher and large fridge with icemaker. All crockery, utensils and kitchen ware are included; also children’s tableware is supplied. A separate utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer, plus iron and ironing board. This leads to the games room.

Swimming Pool
The pool and spa is fully screened and can be lit at night. All sun loungers tables and pool toys are there for your enjoyment. An extended decking area gives you a great
place to relax in the evenings. The pool is equipped with a child safety fence for those with small children. A ceiling fan will keep you cool whilst dining outside.

Location
Our villa is on the executive development of Calabay Park at Tower Lake on the US 27 , just 5 mins from the I 4. The community will include a club house and a fishing jetty on the lake. Near to all the attractions and Downtown Disney.. Walmart , Publix and Walgreens 24hr pharmacy are minutes away .We are also close to the Heart of Florida hospital.

Changeover Details
*Rental Period
Check in time is after 4:00pm on first day and check out time is before 10:00am on last day. Any changes of these times will be made only by permission of Mr or Mrs Bliss or the Letting Service personnel. We will do our best to accommodate but it may not be possible due to incoming guests .Reservation Deposit
Your deposit reserves the period of time you require, we cannot hold bookings until we have received your deposit. Your deposit is non-refundable should you later cancel this reservation or not pay the balance 8 weeks before you are due to travel
Property Refundable Bond
We also require a £150 / $250 refundable security bond in case of breakage, loss or damage to the villa during your stay. This will be refunded 14 days after your return from holiday when we have confirmation that the villa was left in the same condition as it was when your occupancy commenced, less any deductions to cover cost of replacement or repair. This bond is due along with your final balance.
Balance
The full balance is to be paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday
