General Description
Le Clos d`Albray is a manor dating from the 18th century and is located on a large garden of 3000 sq.m in the heart of the peaceful village of Comps La Grand Ville in Aveyron in the region of Midi-Pyrénées. The proposed location is a gite for 3 persons. A swimming-pool, a bowls ground and a parking are available to the guests. Grocer`s shop in the village. All necessary shops and services located at 10km.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The bedroom is equipped with one 160cmx200 cm bed and one 100x185cm, a radio/alarm-o`clock, a wardrobe, a table, chairs, bed-side table. The bathroom has a cabin shower, double sinks, toilets, hair-dryer.

Living Areas
The living/dining room is equipped with: TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi, small library (French, English and Dutch books).

Kitchen / Dining
The independent kitchen is equipped with electric cooker and oven, microwaves, dishwasher, washer-machine, refrigerator-freezer, toaster, electric kettle.

Swimming Pool
5x11 m. Hard top cover. Secured.

Outside
Small independent garden, barbecue, garden table and chairs under pergola, 2 long-chairs

Location
The gite (70 sq.m) can accommodate 3 persons maximum and is located on the 1st floor of the main building with an independent access. Household linen (bed sheets, towels for the shower and the swimming-pool, table cloth, etc..) are provided free of charge.

Changeover Details
Open all year around. Short stays possible.
