Accommodation in France - Alsace : Fully equipped gite at Illkirch - Graffenstaden in the Bas – Rhin near Strasbourg with lodging for 1 to 4 persons. Wifi access.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Once in the room, one sees 2 simple beds (90 cm X 200 cm) on both sides of the staircase as well as a closet at the bottom.
Other with dimensions of the part is the double bed (140 cm X 190 cm). The window gives on the garden of the property. Under the window a bedside table to drawers.

Living Areas
We are pleased to offer you our holiday home. With a surface area of 40 m² we can comfortably accomodate from 1 to 4 persons. There is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and two single beds, a living room with TV + DVD player, Wifi access, a corner kitchen, a shower room and WC. Bed linen provided. Baby equipment available on request. Parking, garden furniture, barbecue, private parking for 1 car. Ideal for 2 adults with 2 children. Possibility of an additional bed for 2 people.

Refrigerator, hotplates, mini oven, microwawe oven, cooker extractor hood, kitchen utensils etc...

Location
The house is located in a quiet spot near the town center of Illkirch-Graffenstaden. It takes approximately 10 minutes to get from the house to the main tourist sites of Strasbourg by public transport (tram). Ideally placed, our holiday home is the ideal starting point to visit the sights of Alsace and especially the Bas - Rhin. The border with Germany is just 10 km away.
