General Description
This two-bedroomed apartment is nice and roomy (100 m²) and has been especially designed with the discerning traveller in mind. It has been refurbished to a high standard.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The main bedroom has a King-sized bed (71" width), a chest of drawers, a built-in wardrobe and a balcony looking onto an internal garden and equipped with two loungers.

The 2nd bedroom has a Queen-sized bed (63") and a single bed, a chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe.

The main bathroom (next to the main bedroom) has a full bath and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a shower-room en-suite. There is also a separate WC.

Both bedrooms have air-conditioning. In addition, all the rooms have ceiling fans.

Living Areas
The living/dining room has a dining table and 7 chairs, two settees (one of which converts into a double bed) and three armchairs. There is also a writing-desk.

And, naturally, there`s central heating for the winter months.

Kitchen / Dining
There is a separate fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker.

There is also a supply of herbs and spices.

Outside
At the front of the building, off the living/dining room, there is a large terrace with views directly over the Mediterranean. This is equipped with a dining table, four chairs and two sun loungers.

Location
This Nice apartment is located in the centre of Nice on the Promenade des Anglais 2 minutes walk from the Hotel Negresco. Nice Airport is only three miles away.

Changeover Details
Minimum stay 3 nights, changeover any day.

In the peak summer months (June - August) the minimum stay is 7 nights, cahgeover Saturday.
