A private south-facing screened lanai and pool ensures the best of the sun whatever the time of year and overlooks a pine copse, we have planted shrubs down the side of the pool - giving greater privacy. HOT TUB / SPA - soak your aches away in the relaxing bubbles.

LOOK AT OUR HOME OFFICE!
We provide a home office with high-speed internet, full computer & printer and newly installed wireless. We also provide free international and long distance calls. We run a business ourselves and understand sometimes you need to touch base even when on vacation.

LIVE FOR GOLF?
FREE GOLF between March 15 - October 31 at 9 participating courses. Unlimited rounds of golf 7 days a week. A cart fee of $25/35 applies.
DISCOUNTED GOLF between November 1 – December 31 @ 6 courses.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
2 master suites with king beds, frontn master has bath with shower over, back master has large shower, both have large closets.

There is a wall safe and floor safe in the back master closet.

The home office is in the front master with computer, or there is wireless if you need to bring your own laptop.

Living Areas
Large living room with 3 and 2 seater sofa and armchair. TV unit with cable TV/DVD/VCR, cd/radio cassette player, selection of movies, books and games.

Kitchen / Dining
Fully equipped kitchen includes cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, cutlery etc.

Dining area - table comfortably seats 6 and there is a bar with seats for 3.

South-facing pool overlooks pine copse

Outside
South-facing pool and lanai overlook conservation area. Flowering plants surround the pool screen and there is a 13 jet hot tub / spa.
