Our villa is part of the phase 5 development on the prestigious well established Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club. It adjoins protected conservation area and is set in undulating countryside surrounded by orange groves, oaks and pine trees.

Our villa is one of the new generation of prestige villa designs incorporating 2 Master Bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathrooms. This overcomes the problem of deciding "who gets the Master Bedroom ?" and as a result, has become extremely popular with 2 families sharing.

Master 1 Bedroom has a King sized bed
Master 2 Bedroom has a Queen sized bed
Bedrooms 3 & 4 have twin beds in each

We have not skimped with quality furnishing and appliances including a large 32" cable TV in Family Room with DVD player and Nintendo GameCube console with a selection of DVD`s and games (you can rent DVD`s & Games at the local video store), plus Cable TV`s in all the Bedrooms. We even have a selection of DVD`s and board games to suit all ages.

Our 24` x 12` privately screened pool faces south west with sun on the pool area all day and a glorious sunset every evening. The pool area has a removable toddler screen to prevent small children wandering into the pool. The screened porch area with ceiling fan offers a shady retreat for your children and a perfect setting for alfresco breakfast, lunch and dinner and more !!

There are NO villas behind ours (very private)- just unspoilt conservation area with mature woodland (guaranteed to stay that way for at least 100 years by Florida Law). Luxury Gas fired BBQ by the poolside for those impromptu meals - great to unwind after theme parking all day.

A Cot, Highchair and Stroller and baby monitor are available on request ALL AT NO EXTRA COST - please advise if you need these. A laptop computer workstation with wireless DSL Internet Access where you can connect your wireless equipped laptop to get your email and surf the web for those of us who still need to keep their finger on the pulse.

The superb 18 hole (par 72) championship golf course is a huge attraction for all (more so for the girls as they get to do some guilt free sunbathing by the pool or shopping at the many excellent designer outlet malls - of which there are lots) – 365 days of glorious sunshine & golf !!

NEW - we have converted our garage into a games room complete with full sized pool table, table football, air hockey, electronic basketball and competition darts board.
