General Description
Luxury 2 bedroom villa with electrically heated pool set in a landscaped south facing garden surrounded by 7` walls - plenty of all day sunshine, situated on a very quiet residential complex with a private driveway.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
There are two full bathrooms, one upstairs between the two bedrooms and one downstairs off the hallway, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes,a security safe and two balconies - one overlooking the pool and one overlooking the front garden, the second bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and a balcony overlooking the front garden. A hairdryer is also provided for your convenience.

Living Areas
The villa has a pretty living/dining room with two sets of double doors leading to the garden/terrace/swimming pool it has two settees that seat five a TV/DVD/CD/radio and a satellite TV packagewith 100 English speaking channels, topical sports channels, BBC radio stations, German/French/Spanish/Italian Satellite TV channels. For those worried about security the pool can only be accessed from inside the villa making it not only safe but lovely and private.

Kitchen / Dining
The separate kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standard with oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron/ironing board and plenty of matching china, saucepans, coffee maker - you will find everything you need from egg cups to a pizza cutter! A dining table and chairs can be found in the main living area, but a small table and two chairs is in the kitchen.

Swimming Pool
The pool is 7 metres x 4 metres, the roman steps provide integral seating making it an ideal part of the pool for small children/babies and also for sitting and enjoying the sun, leaving the longer part of the pool for those that want to be energetic.

Outside
To the front of the villa there is a landscaped garden with private driveway, and to the rear there is a sunbathing terrace with four sunloungers, a BBQ area that has a door leadiing into the kitchen, and an electrically heated swimming pool with a landscaped garden area, all this is surrounded by 7` high walls making it safe and private

Location
Alegranza is a very quiet residential complex, that boasts three community pools [this is in addition to your own private pool] and beautiful peach coloured street lighting at night. It is a five minute drive from the centre of Playa Blanca and its wonderful white sand beaches, the town has a very long promenade that runs along the coast with a large selection of bars and restaurants and of course lots of shops. The resort lends itself to couples and families as does the Alegranza complex. For those who prefer not to drive a taxi rank can be found just a five minute walk away, it costs about 3 euros into town, a small supermarket is near the taxi rank.

Changeover Details
Thursday - Thursday is the normal changeover day in Lanzarote but we have no problem with any day of the week. A deposit of GBP100 / 145 euro per week is required to secure the villa with the balance being payable 8 weeks before your departure date.

Extra Details
We have four identical villas situated next door to each other that can be rented individually or together for larger parties that like to holiday together but have the privacy of their own front door and their own private pool. On the availability calendar it is only shown as `booked` when all four villas are full. The price is for two people, add a total cost of GBP50 per week for three/four/five - there is no charge for children under five.
