Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Two master queen sized ensuite bedroom with TV. Both have walk in closets, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Two twin bedded rooms that share a family bathroom both with TV , air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Living Areas
There is a large family area that opens out onto the patio through patio doors where you view the managed orange groves across a grassed area. In addition to seating, the FREE internet access, cable T.V. DVD, selection of reading books and board games are also found here along with the telephone. The room is fully air conditioned with a ceiling fan for additional comfort.

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen is equipped with every faciltiy, utensil and piece of equipment you will ever want although you will never use all of them.

The kitchen area is separated from the formal dining area that seats up six, by a breakfst bar that seats up to four.

Outside
The villa backs onto managed orange groves and is surrounded by grass which is cut every week.

The private screened swimming pool can be heated during those few cooler months of the year.

Luxury pool furniture is provided.

Location
Situated with 10 minutes of Disney and 30 championship golf courses within half hour drive, The Abbey is a gated community within 4 minutes drive of Interstate 4.

As you approach the villa through the landscapped boulevards you will know you have made the right decison for the base for your vacation.

You have all the theme parks within easily drivable distance as well as the Atlantic coastline with Space City and the Caribbean Coastline both within 60 minutes drive.

There are over 30 championship golf courses within 30 minutes drive including the Champions Gate course just three minutes away with David Ledbetter`s Golf Academy at the same location.

There are all the food outlets (fast, cultural and cuisine) within 6 minutes drive.

If you are a shopaholic, then all the outlet villages and malls are nearby to satisfy every taste.

Changeover Details
Changeover is any day of the year depending on availablity

Booking confirmation is provided once a deposit or full payment has been received and a confirmation number is obtained from our managing agents in the area who are on 24/7 call.

Extra Details
There is wash and dry faciltiies as well as an iron available for your use.

Yougsters can take advantage of a full games room with tabletennis, basketball, darts, fooseball, table hockey, PlayStation2.

Board games, books and other games are aslo available.
