General Description
House with private swimming pool and pool house. Located across the street from miles of sandy beach. Perfeact for a couple, family or family reunion. Will accommodate 8-10 people or a couple.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The house has 2 bedrooms. The master has a king bed, The second has twins. Two additional persons may be accommodated on a queen hide-a-bed in the library area.

A separate pool house overlooks the private swimming pool. It contains a studio kitchen and bath and a L-shaped area with a double bed, bunks and a double hide-a-bed.

Living Areas
The main living accommodations are the upper floor of a 2 story home with ocean and territorial views. The main living area is opean and contains a kitchen, dining room, living room and library.

A separate pool housed overlooks the private swimming pool. It contains a studio kitchen and bath and a L-shaped area with a double bed, bunks and a double hide-a-bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped and there are several dining areas inside and out.

Outside
There are decks facing the ocean and Haleakala. There is also a large deck area surrounding the private swimming pool with picnic tables and lounges and chairs.

Location
The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood about 100 yards from the ocean. You can walk to anything you need.

Changeover Details
One week minimum rental. A deposit of one third is required within one week of holding time and the reaminder is due 30 days before arrival. Check in is after 3 PM and check out is 11 AM,

Extra Details
House and pool house for 4 people $325 per day
Additional people $35 per day
Cleaning fee $200
Christmas 2 week minimum $500
