General Description
The Gites are situated in the tiny hamlet of LA COUDRAIS, surrounded by woods and farmland nestling in a quiet valley, yet close to all amenities. The picturesque town of LA GACILLY (flower village) is 7 km away with local artisans, cobbled streets and restaurants. The river Aff flows around the town tumbling over a spectacular weir, this being the head of navigation for pleasure craft. The town bursts with colour throughout the summer months

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
There are 3 bedrooms, one newly converted very large double/family room with an ensuite shower room, WC and wash hand basin with wardrobes, one double with a very spacious in-built wardrobe, one with captains bed and provision for extra single, again with a spacious wardrobe, also there is a double convertible bed in the lounge, making a possibility of up to 8 people + cot for sleeping. Bathroom with bath and separate toilet.

Living Areas
The comfortably furnished lounge/dining area is very spacious, with exposed beams and a superb Breton fireplace boasting a large wood burning stove for those cooler evenings. The property is cosy and well equipped, complete with CD/Radio system, TV, DVD and an English Satellite TV connection, making it a perfect choice for any time of year.

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen area is well equipped including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.

Outside
Outside, the properties each have a pleasant gravelled or paved patio area with garden furniture and BBQ, perfect for outside dining on those long summer evenings.

Changeover Details
In peak season bookings are taken from Saturday to Saturday.

Extra Details
Gas and electricity is included in the price from beginning of June to end of September.
All other dates, are plus £45 per week which includes wood.
