General Description
Bainvalley Cottage offer amazing family self catering holiday accommodation in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Close to the Market towns of Horncastle and Louth they are a wonderful place for an activity holiday, a little culture or simply relaxing. Delightfully tranquil location in the middle of a field, only 5 minutes walking distance from the village pub and play area. The cottage has two bedrooms - one double, one twin; one superbly equipped bathroom; downstairs cloakroom; kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven with stainless steel hood, microwave, fridge / freezer, sitting room; garden room; patio; tennis court.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
There are two bedrooms upstairs. One double and one with twin beds. There is a sofa-settee in the sitting area downstairs. The superbly equipped bathroom upstairs has a large kidney shaped bath; a spacious separate shower; wash basin and toilet. Downstairs is a small cloakroom with toilet and wash basin.

Living Areas
Downstairs the open plan layout make it deceptively spacious .With a wood burning stove, under floor heating and all modern conveniences - a holiday is what is on offer. There are two sofa`s, chairs and a conservatory with easy chairs. There is a TV / DVD player as well as a radio in the living area.

Kitchen / Dining
The cottage easily accommodates 6 and the kitchen has all facilities to enable this, namely fridge / freezer; dishwasher; oven; washing machine; microwave.

Outside
The cottage is situated in the middle of a field, at the end of its` own drive, with its` own garden. There is a tennis court close by which can be used by the guests. There is a patio area with garden furniture.

Location
Bainvalley Cottage is situated on a large working family farm, the farm is mixed, growing arable crops and having a herd of beef suckler cows, which graze the parkland around the cottages. The peaceful rolling countryside of this part of Lincolnshire is little known and quite un-spoilt. The cottages are within Lincolnshire Wolds, designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Changeover Details
The changeover day is Saturday and bookings are normally one / two weeks duration. Short breaks are offered - minimum 3 nights at £250 throughout the year if there is availability.
