Upstairs - The bedrooms comprise of 2 double luxury en-suite rooms each with king size double beds and television. Also 2 character twin bedded rooms and an additional luxury bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.
Downstairs - 1 luxury twin bedded en-suite wet/shower room with underfloor heating, television and access leading out to the patio area. This room is suitable for those wishing to avoid stairs and can accommodate those with disabled needs.

Tincleton Lodge has a secure walled-in garden/patio area with garden furniture and gas barbeque. The Lodge enjoys an idyllic rural location set in 600 acres of farmland, rich in wildlife with miles of woodland and riverside walks, for nature lovers this is absolute paradise. Fishing platforms have been constructed to enable children (and adults) to learn to fish. A nature trail follows the meandering River Frome now a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest with many rare species to include water voles and otters.

Situated in Tincleton, a quiet village in Dorset in the heart of Hardy`s Wessex. The County Town of Dorchester is only 5 miles away and the World Heritage Coast and Weymouth Bay 10 miles. Only 3 miles from Hardy`s birthplace and a stone`s throw from Athelhampton House and Gardens. Tincleton Lodge is set amongst 600 acres of idyllic private farm, meadow and woodland.

Extra Details
The Farm boasts many enterprises including a small pedigree herd of Red Devon cattle, salad crop production and an aquatic centre which sells all types of home grown cold water fish and aquatic plants to the public. Guests are always made welcome and are free to explore the farm and the surrounding area.
