General Description
A typical Breton cottage in the quiet hamlet of Kerbregant near Plumeliua. It has been recently renovated and provides a very comfortable holiday home with the rustic charm retained in the exposed beams and granite fireplace.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two singles. There is also a spacious shower room. Central heating and a log stove make this a cosy cottage out of season too.

Living Areas
The ground floor comprises a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher,fridge,/freezer, cooker and microwave and a lounge /dining room comfortably furnished.

Outside
At the rear of the cottage, overlooking the garden is a south facing patio with barbecue where you can relax and enjoy the long summer evenings. This is an ideal garden for small children as it is enclosed and set to lawn

Location
The cottage is close to attractive countryside and is well-located for the Blavet River valley; the heathland of Landes de Lanvaux and the wonderful Gulfe de Morbihan and south coast.

Activities such as golf; riding; canoeing; fishing ; wind-surfing are only a short drive away. Local shops, creperie, bars, restaurants and banks are nearby in Plumeliau; Baud and Pontivy provide a wider variety.

Changeover Details
Changeover day is Saturday: departure by 10 am; arrival after 4 pm.
A non-refundable Deposit of 25% is required on booking. The Balance and a refundable Security Deposit of £100 is due 6 weeks prior to commencement date
