Property Details

General Description
Alpha Homestead is a comfortable and clean Bed & Breakfast close to all attractions in the central North Island suitable for the small family or group of 4 to 6.
We offer special vacation packages that cover tours and transport.
All meals can be catered for on arrangement

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
There are three bedrooms :
Bedrroom one is a double room with a queen size bed, heater, electric blankets hairdryer and tv available
Bedrrom two is a double size room with two single beds, tv, heater and Electric blankets
Bedrrom three is a sleepout which is rather compact but quite luxuriously set out with tv, heater and tea making favilities.
There is one bathroom and two toilets available

Living Areas
We have two main living areas including a television area with a lounge and bar available for guests,although we are not a licenced premises there is facilities for bring your own alcoholic beverages

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen and dining area are seperate and are there for your use should you need to prepare a special meal on a special occasion.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is run by the local council which offers unique activities for the younger set during the holiday season and the weekends.
Special exercise programmes are availalble daily.

Outside
Outside we have a nice courtyard to relax in and a developing garden.
A deck from the upstairs bedrooms is there for your use where you can have breakfast brought to you if you wish.

Location
Situated in Tokoroa we are only 45 klm to Rotorua thermal wonderland, Lake Taupo trout fishing capital and the Waitomo caves and the Glow Worm Cave.
