General Description
Comfortable and spacious, with two separate lounges, done open plan style. Formal dining area as well as informal breakfast area. Overlooks pool from lounge and master bedroom. Master bed had large walk in wardrobe and very large bathroom with jacquzzi bath and shower. Only 3 years old so everything is very smart.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

Living Areas
There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided crockery, cooking utensils.

Swimming Pool
In ground pool with jacquzzi. There is also an another shared pool at the clubhouse, which is close by.

Outside
The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with remote control.

Location
Extremely close to Disney, but still feels quiet. Safe, secure gated community with its own facilities. Very modern and beautifully presented inside and out. One of the closest developments to Disney just a few miles away. As we are so close, you could easily have a few hours at the parks, nip home for a cooling swim then go back to the parks for the late afternoon or spectacular evening firework displays.
Superb Golf
The fabulous Mystic Dunes Golf Club is a a few minutes drive away and there are 150 golf courses within an hours drive of Orlando, as well as the prestigious David Ledbetter Golf Acadamy at ChampionsGate jus ten minutes away.
Selection of Good Resturants
The Formos Shopping Centre is close by and has a selection of restaurants including TGI Fridays and Outback Steakhouse. There is also a huge selection of shops and restaurants just a little further on the main US192 highway.
The hustle and bustle of downtown Kissimmee is just a few miles away.
Shopping
For a little retail thereapy there are thousands of bargains to be had and some superb outlet centres and malls are within easy reach.
Beaches
Although Orlando is central there are also some fabulous beaches under an hour`s drive away. On the east coast you will find the famous Daytona beach, Cocoa Beach and Palm beach to name a few and the west coast takes you to Clearwater and St Petersburgh

Changeover Details
Any day change over. Pool heat if required is an extra (£75 per week). Short stays incur a cleaning charge (less than a week), a charge of £85.
