General Description
The Coral Reef is a new designer decorated and furnished home with 4 levels of living. Wonderful views from our veranda off the kitchen and great room as well as panoramic views from the loft sundeck!

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The Coral reef has 2 master bedroom suites and a "kids" bedroom with private bath on the 1st level. The 4th bedroom is located on the 2nd level with acces to a deck and private bath.

Living Areas
The ground level has been professionally land scaped with an assortment of flowering and colorful tropical plants boardering the 1200 sqft pation that extends out around the heated pool. This level also has an out door kitchen complete with a BBQ grill, refrigerator and sink. The 1st level has a large foyer with access to 3 bedroom suites and laundry. The 2nd level has the gourmet kitchen, greatroom, the 4th bedroom and veranda for dining and relaxing. The top level is a loft with sofa bed and sundeck.

Kitchen / Dining
The gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stailess steel appliances is located on the 2nd level and fully equipt ready to cook the meals of your choosing. There are 2 dining areas. A formal dining area with views of the state preserve and the ocean and the dinig table on our veranda which offers a spectacular location for most meals!

Swimming Pool
Small heated pool surrounded by garden and stone patio. Guest membership to the North Captiva Island Club included in rental. They have 2 large pools and a hot tob among other ammenities.

Outside
The tropical garden, North Captiva!

Location
Our home is located on a truely unique island North Captiva located off the south Gulf Coast of Florida. North Captiva is accessible by boat or private air craft. There are no cars on this island. Golf carts and bicycles are the prefered means of transportation. Our home is located about 300 yds. from the 3.5 mile long beash that skirts the Gulf side of the island.

Changeover Details
