General Description
Our 3 bedroom villa is located in the exclusive Highgate Park a beautiful 2005 built villa. Highgate Park is a small community with a children`s play area and tennis court on site, it is the only security gated community situated in the villages of Legacy Park. For the golf lovers there are six championship golf courses within just a 5-10 minute drive from the villa.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Master Bedroom: King sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, two bedside cabinets with lamps, dressing table with mirror, ceiling fan, cable television. En-Suite with bath, separate shower, toilet, twin basin sinks and hairdryer.
Two further bedrooms both with two single beds in each room.
There is a separate bathroom with toilet, bath and shower.

Living Areas
Lounge Area: Two sofas one of which converts into a queen size sofa bed if required, sleeping an extra two people. Coffee table, ceiling fan, cable television, DVD and video player, telephone with free local and international calls. Patio door to the pool area.
Large Games Room complete with pool table, table football/ foose ball and electronic dart board, great for kids of all ages! .

The villa will be ready for occupation at 16:00 and must be vacated by 11:00 on your day of departure.
