A really comfortable self catering Devon farm holiday cottage for holidays set in some of Devon`s most peaceful and unspoilt countryside with moorland and lovely
beaches only a short drive away.
We think we have got something special here. So do our holiday guests who come back to see us, time and time again. Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter, short breaks or long stays. Action packed holidays exploring miles of glorious countryside, beaches and moors or simply unwind and relax in comfort.This is not a holiday complex - just one lovingly cared for, very comfortable cottage. For a couple seeking peace and quiet or a party of eight you can be sure of a warm welcome.
Your well behaved pets are also welcome by arrangement.

Spacious beamed lounge with inglenook fireplace and welcoming real log fire. Really comfortable furniture with bed settee, TV with Freeview, video, DVD, books and games. Door leading to a large south facing enclosed garden.

Kitchen / Dining
Well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer and tumble drier, plus all crockery, cutlery and utensils. Separate dining area with large elm table (handcrafted from a tree grown on the farm) large enough to comfortably seat 8.

Set in a quiet, unspoilt part of Devon, Northcott Barton is a walkers and country lovers paradise with a large south facing garden. The farm leads into a wooded valley which has been designated an area of outstanding landscape value. Ideal as a retreat from the hustle and bustle of modern life, you can explore footpaths and beautiful countryside in total peace.

Changeover Details
