General Description
This 4 bedroom luxury villa with a screened heated swimming pool and a games room with a pool table, table tennis, foosball, electornic darts and other games for all to enjoy.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The 2 double bedrooms are en-suite and they also have cable TV. The other 2 bedrooms are twins.

Living Areas
The Family room has a 46" Tv with Cable and a DVD player with plenty of seating for all.

Kitchen / Dining
A fully fitted kitchen with everything you will need during your stay and a breakfast area for that quick snack.

Outside
The screened heated pool for those relaxing swims after a stressful day in the theme parks or shopping.

Location
Our villa is located in the Hampton Lake estate on Highway 27 which is a 15 Min drive to Disney world, 30 Mins to Universal Studios and Sea World. Convenient for both Sanford and Orlando International airports. Beaches on both the East and West coasts are only an Hours drive.

Changeover Details
Pool heating is optional but is normally require during the cooler part of the year (Oct to Apr).
Cots, BBQ can be arranged.
This is a no smoking Villa.

Extra Details
A $250 security deposit will be required when you pick up the keys.
Please vacate the villa by 10 am on the day of departure to allow the cleaners in.
