General Description
Exquisite 5 bed/5 bath pool home in the exclusive guard-gated community of Windsor Hills, only 2 miles from Disney. A spacious home, plenty of room for large families, or several families vacationing together. Our home is professionally managed & cleaned to the highest standards.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Sleeping accommodations include the following: 1. King master w/ensuite bath; 2. Queen master w/ensuite bath; 3. Disney themed kid’s room with 2 twin beds; 4. King bedroom; 5. Disney themed kid’s room with a set of bunks & a twin bed (sleeps 3). All bedrooms have cable TV; bedrooms 3, 4, & 5 each have their own full bath right outside the door. All bedrooms are privately located.

Living Areas
Our professionally furnished home features free long distance phone including international calls, free hi-speed wireless internet, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa bed, love seat, easy chair, cable TV, DVD & VCR player, movies, portable radio/cd/cassette player, X-Box & games, toddler toys, books for all ages & board games. A separate seating area with 2 comfortable wing chairs surround a 6-in-1 game table featuring chess, checkers, backgammon, Chinese checkers, tic-tac-toe & dice. Our garage game room is sure to please with ping-pong, air hockey, electronic double hoops basketball & electronic darts. We also provide full sized washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, all linens & towels, a restaurant-style high chair, baby monitor, twin bed rail, indoor portable safety gate, umbrella stroller & a baby pack-n-play. Free use of 2 sets of men’s golf clubs with pull carts, allowing you to leave your clubs at home & save on rental fees at the local golf courses.

Kitchen / Dining
Our kitchen & dining area seats 14 on chairs & bar stools, more seating outside on the lanai. Fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances & pots, pan, utensils, everything that you will need to prepare & serve meals if you so choose.

Outside
Outside you can enjoy our screened-in south-facing pool & raised spa, which can be optionally heated. The spacious pool deck area features a covered lanai with comfortable patio furniture, BBQ grill, pool toys & a child safety pool fence.

Location
Included with your stay is free use of the exclusive Windsor Hills clubhouse, with a huge Olympic size pool w/water slide, spa, fitness room, pool tables, ping-pong, private movie theater, children’s playground, & more. Our home is located only 2 miles from Disney & close to Sea World, Universal studios & all Orlando attractions. Also nearby are numerous restaurants, golf courses, grocery stores, pharmacies, shops & major airports. Florida’s beautiful beaches are only an hour away. Enjoy all that Florida has to offer while staying in our “home away from home”!

Changeover Details
Check-in time is 4 pm, Check-out is 10 am. A $250 USD non-refundable deposit per week is required to hold the reservation with final payment due 8 weeks prior to trip.

Extra Details
Rates start at $170 USD per night, 13% Florida tax additional. Cleaning fee of $105 additional on stays of less than 6 nights.
