General Description
This beautiful XVIII century farmhouse is situated in a picturesque village 10 minutes from Alençon and the A28 with views of the forest and the countryside.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The three guest rooms are situated on the first floor, comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated, with private en-suite facilities. Each room has original exposed beams and views over the surrounding countryside and garden.
All rooms are double or twin with en-suite shower/bath, washbasin and wc.
Additional beds and a baby`s cot are available if requested in advance.

Living Areas
You are welcome to use the comfortable first floor sitting room and library to plan excursions or simply to relax.

Kitchen / Dining
Breakfast is served in the dining room on the ground floor or on the terrace. Home made jams, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, tea, coffee, fresh croissants, bread, pains au lait, pains au chocolat from the village bakery. If you have any special requirements, please let us know when you book.

Outside
Extensive wooded and planted gardens, sheltered terraces and garden furniture are at your disposal. The gardens cover two and a half acres and a lake will be added in 2008.

Location
The village has shops and a bar/ restaurant and there is a sports area where you can play tennis or table tennis (equipment available for loan); there is a well stocked fishing lake in the woods just outside the village.
Bordering Lower Normandy and the Sarthe, this is an ideal base from which to explore the Alpes Mancelles to the west; the Orne and Pays d`Auge to the north; the Saösnois, Marollais and the Perche park to the east; and Pays de la Loire to the south.

Changeover Details
Rooms are available from 16.00h on day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated before 11.00am on the day of departure.

Wi-Fi Internet access is available during your stay.
We can hire mountain bikes if you fancy exploring the countryside at a leisurely pace.
