General Description
This ultra nice GULF FRONT one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath unit is
located in The Summit on the 10th floor near the center of the
building, just above the pools. The view of the gulf is stunning.
This unit is newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. The kitchen
is fully equipped for preparing and serving meals. A microwave
oven, automatic coffee-maker and blender serve your convenience.
The refrigerator has an automatic icemaker. A private washerdryer
is ready for your clothes. There are two 27" color television sets
with cable, a VCR/DVD player, and a stereo. With a king-size bed, a
queen-size sleeper sofa, and two built-in twin bunk beds, this unit
will sleep up to six people. Linens and towels are all included.
Turn the key and start your vacation! This untra nice unit at "The
Summit" is located on some of the most beautiful beaches on the gulf
coast. A great place to make your family vacation a memorable one!

4 pools, 2 kiddy pools and 1 heated pool.

Outside
4 pools incuding kiddy pools, and heated pool. Gym, kids playgroud, tennis court, dinings, ATM machine, golfs, rides and much more.

Location
Gulf-Front condo in the Summit resort. The resort is gated community with 24 hrs security guard.

Changeover Details
$500 refundable security deposit during Spring Break, and $200 otherwise.
Add 10.5% taxes and $100 cleaning fee on the rate.
No refunds due to early departure for any reasons.

Extra Details
The Summit is loaded with amenities that include two large swimming
pools, two kiddy pools, tennis courts, hot tubs, whirlpools, saunas
and kids play ground. Separate exercise rooms are available for the
ladies and gentlemen, and there is a game room for the younger
folks. There is 24-hour security and internet access. Famous
nearby attractions include the Spinnaker Beach Club, Club Lavela,
Pineapple Willy’s, Bob Zales Fishing Charters, Signal Hill Golf
Course and much more. Feel free to enjoy.
