A master bedroom with king sized bed, en-suite bath and shower room, and a walk-in wardrobe.
A 2nd bedroom with Queen sized bed and wardrobe.
Two further bedrooms with twin beds, and wardrobe.
The Queen and twin bedrooms share a bathroom, with shower and toilet.

Living Areas
A formal lounge and dining room, will seat 8. An informal lounge looking out to the pool has cable TV and DVD player.

Kitchen / Dining
A fully equipped kitchen, with refrigerator/freezer/ice making, microwave, electric oven and hob, and an English tea pot!

Swimming Pool
A 30` oval pool with additional spa.

Outside
A lanai area with outside table, chairs and sun-loungers.
A screened pool area with 30` pool and a separate spa.
Overlooks small lake.

Location
Bradenton is close to the wonderful beaches of Sarasota and Anna Marie Island. Good shopping, restaurants and a thriving artists community make it a wonderful area for a holiday.

Changeover Details
Booking by email to owner. 15% deposit required to book, with remainder 12 weeks before occupation. A Good Housekeeping deposit is required, to be returned after the agent`s clean.

Occupation is from 5pm on the first day. Tenants are requested to leave by 11:00am on the day of departure to enable a full agent clean before next tenants.

Extra Details
There is a community pool and sports area, with basketball and tennis courts, for the benefit of tenants.
