Tiranui Cottage is a fantastic luxury cottage in its own grounds looking out over Loch Leven. It has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 comfortably, it is bright, airy and has modern furnishings.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
As you enter the cottage on the right is a twin bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Straight in front as you enter the house is a toilet and wash hand basin. The second downstairs bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a dressing table. This room has the luxury of an en-suite bathroom with wash hand basin, toilet, bidet, bath, separate shower cubicle and heated towel rail.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and double bed and a second with 2 single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
All bedrooms have wall mounted convector heaters and are tastefully decorated.
The upstairs bathroom has a wash hand basin, toilet, bath with overhead shower and heated towel rail.

Living Areas
The living/dining room has a spectacular view of the Loch and Pap of Glencoe mountain. It is equipped with storage heaters, C.D. player, T.V., DVD player and video. The dining area has a table big enough to seat eight people.

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and all the equipment expected in a modern kitchen. There is also a utility room which houses a separate freezer and washing/drying area with washer/dryer.

Outside
Set in its own grounds, it has a garden to sit or play in which looks out to the Loch. Our property is in an ideal location to spot several species of wildlife resident in the area from seals to eagles to pinemartens. We have our own private beach leading to the sea loch where fishing can be enjoyed with no charge. The pebble beach is a safe haven for playing and the large grassy area ideal for a barbeque or picnic.

Location
Tiranui Cottage is situated in a beautiful Scottish Highlands setting on the shores of Loch Leven, overlooking the famous Pap of Glencoe.
We are located 4.2 miles from the village of North Ballachulish (the nearest bus stop) which is 12 miles from Fort William, just off the B863.
Approximate driving time from Glasgow is two hours and the journey takes you through some of Scotland`s most stunning mountain scenery.

Changeover Details
Changeover day is a Saturday and the cottage is available from 1600 hours and must be vacated on your departure day by 1000 hours.
We require a 30% deposit on booking and the balance to be paid 28 days before your holiday.

Extra Details
The house is fully heated throughout by Economy 7 (white meter) storage radiators. Heating and electricity is included in the price.
This property is non-smoking and we do not allow pets in the cottage.
