Changeover Details
30% deposit on booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. £100 refundable deposit required will be returned when villa left in good condition.
Friday changeover prefered, guests are asked to vacate the property by 10am unless by prior arrangement.
New visitors can drop in luggage on arrival if early, but can`t occupy until 3pm unless by prior arrangement.

Feature staircase to master bedroom being spiral but wide and of normal construction.
The outside courtyard and top terrace are an extension of the villa and equipped as such, they are planted with beautiful scented shrubs, Orange, Lemon & Pomegranate trees

Extras
Towels and linen are included which are changed weekly unless by request. Also Beach Towels.
Hair dryers in every bedroom.
Welcome pack on arrival also included.
Lots of beach accessories surf boards, Fishing rod & tackle, Cool box, body boards, beach mats, beach toys etc, all for use by our visitors

Other Information
Air conditioning is not necessary as the villa is really comfortable indoors in peak season.
Ideal for children as totally enclosed and stair gates are fitted on the outside and inside stairs, plenty of room to play safely outside and in. The owners have gone to a lot of trouble to make sure that children of all ages are catered for and feel welcome.
Every bedroom is heated when required and oil heaters in all living spaces, wood burning stove being fitted in November.

Beaches
100 yards walking distance to the beautiful sandy blue flag beach, very safe with lifeguard in season.
Numerous other beaches within 10 minutes drive.
Just 10 minutes drive to the beautiful city of Lagos and 3 wonderful golf courses, also Zoo, boat trips, horse riding etc.
Water parks within 20 mins drive and many other fabulous days out.
