General Description Villa Kairos is a newly refurbished luxury villa split into three apartments with two available to rent together or separately. The house is in a sunny and quiet position surrounded by trees and 512 sq/m of private gardens located directly in front of the sea. Villa Kairos I is a luxury modern 135 sqm apartment (including balcony) occupying the entire 1st floor of the house. You enter into the spacious living room with a dinning area containing a Mahogany wood dinning table and six leather chairs overlooking the sea. The seating area contains a large leather sofa with cushions as well as another sofa bed that can sleep 2 extra guests. The air-conditioning/heating unit is also in the living room along with the radio/CD player. Arranged beside the fireplace is a flat screen Satellite T.V. with an integrated DVD player. The fitted kitchen is entered off of the living room. It contains a fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor, microwave, toaster and all kitchen utensils. The hallway leads to three bedrooms and the bathroom. Two rooms with double beds have double glazed aluminium doors which open up to the large 35sq/m balcony overlooking the sea which contain luxury sun beds. These both have a radio/CD player and a pin activated safe in which to keep your valuables. The 3rd bedroom has two single beds and overlooks a pretty garden. All bedroom furniture is German made and of the highest quality. The Villeroy & Boch designer bathroom is fitted with a wall mounted sink, toilet and bidet, and a spacious corner shower all finished with brushed chrome accessories. There is also a washing machine located in the bathroom. Villa Kairos II is a modern luxury studio apartment entered off of a large patio on the ground floor. This patio has an outdoor dining table that seats 8 people. The studio apartment contains a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, sink hob and extractor. The bedroom features a luxury German made bedroom suite with air-conditioning/heater and pin activated safe. There is also a satellite flat screen T.V. with an integrated DVD player. The bathroom features a shower/WC and Washing Machine/Dryer. (All bed linen, bathroom towels and beach towels are provided). Two cots are available for use at no extra cost. Outside there is a stone BBQ , large patio with outdoor dining for 8 people, outdoor hot & cold shower and secure parking for two cars.

Location The luxury villa is located in the front line only 15 metres from the beach/sea in the centre of Okrug Gornji (Ciovo) and has stunning views of the surrounding islands and mainland. The island of Ciovo has 24 hour access to the mainland via a drawbridge connected to Trogir. The villa is situated in a sunny and quiet position surrounded by trees and 550sqm of gardens directly in front of the sea. Outside you`ll find a stone BBQ, large patio, outdoor shower and secure parking for two cars. The town centre is only a 10 minute walk which provides 4 supermarkets, 4 cafes, 3 restaurants, 2 pharmacies’, a post office, hairdresser and bakery. The bus stop is a 10 minute walk with buses running hourly to Trogir. Trogir is reputedly the most picturesque town on the Dalmatian Coast and a Unesco Heritage site. It has a pretty harbour, marina, beautiful buildings and plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. With so many different choices of things to do in Ciovo there`s something for everyone. You can laze on the pebble beach in front of the villa, explore ancient Trogir, take a ferry boat to a surrounding island, dive or embark on other aquatic adventures, visit Krka National Park for the day or venture out to one of the many wonderful vineyards on the mainland. Trogir is 3.5km away (5 minute drive), the airport is 10km away (15 minute drive), and Split is 30km away (45 minute drive).
